For the next 4 months …

… we're going to be doing things a little differently. The MovieMaker screenings are going to be part of the BFI Gothic / Chapter Goes Dark season and each one will have a theme. Here are the themes:

Monday 7th October 2013: Monstrous
Monday 4th November 2013: Born Under A Bad Sign
Monday 2nd December 2013: Haunted Xmas
Monday 6th January 2014: Love Is A Devil

If you're making or have ever made something that fits any of those bills, we'd like to hear about it. Selected submissions that match the month's theme will net their makers a free ticket to one of Chapter's other fantastic gothic screenings (availability is limited and I'll recap the options each month). And don't worry if you've been making decidedly non-gothic movies - we still have a little room for non-themed material too. Please do email moviemaker@chapter.org for more info.

ALSO: Our friends at the Shooting People filmmaking network - they of Shooters In the Pub fame - will be attending our November screening, along with representatives of Channel 4's Alpha Fund. Click here for more details and mark your calendars. If you like.
